From George Washington Bridge
Take Route 4 West for approximately 8 miles.
Follow directions From Route 4 West.

From Lincoln Tunnel
Take Route 3 West to Garden State Parkway North.
Follow directions From Garden State Parkway (Traveling North).

From Garden State Parkway (Traveling North)
Take Exit 160. Make left at the light and go 1⁄2 mile to Route 4 West.
Follow directions From Route 4 West.

From Garden State Parkway (Traveling South)
Take Exit 163 and merge onto Route 17 South. Take Route 17 South
forapproximately 1 1⁄2 miles to Route 4 West.
Follow directions From Route 4 West.

From Route 4 West
Take Route 4 West to 208 North for 9.5 miles
Take the Colonial Road exit (the 3rd Franklin Lakes exit)
Make a left at the light at the bottom of the exit ramp (this is Colonial Road)
Make the first left onto High Mountain Road (it is also the U-turn to get onto 208 S)
Rather than getting back onto 208 South, go straight down High Mountain Road
Proceed 1.7 miles and make a right into the Urban Farms Shopping Center
Enter double glass doors marked #808, next to the pharmacy
Our office is located upstairs

Take 287 to exit 59 (208 South/Franklin Lakes exit)
Take 208 to the first exit, High Mountain Road
At the stop sign, make a left onto High Mountain Road
Proceed 1.7 miles and make a right into the Urban Farms Shopping Center
Enter double glass doors marked #808, next to the pharmacy
